這個不是一房的單位、這個是studio 、本應是冇房的。業主把 studio 間出了一個所謂的房間來！實用面積頂多只有200呎！
請問這個1房單位係買入時builder floor plan上嘅1房，還是業主自己用個趟門整出嚟？因為唔多似係其他condo 見到嘅one bedroom。有D似係一個studio。
This is original builder floorplan with one bedroom. Many condos 1BR are like this where the bedroom doesn't have a direct window.
Staging, agent pays for the cost ?
It depends, many different ways of handling it. Selling commission may be higher if agent pays for cost. Or agent pays for it if the sale is successful. etc.
